Cheers to Community: 4th Annual Crosstown Brewdown Raises Funds for Local Kids

What a night! On July 31, more than 175 people joined us on the rooftop of Stonehome Brewing for our 4th Annual Crosstown Brewdown—and it was one to remember. Guests soaked in a perfect summer evening filled with craft beer, delicious food, and live music, all in support of a powerful cause: our United Way Backpack Program.

Thanks to the generosity of our community and sponsors, 100% of proceeds from the evening went directly to helping feed over 1,700 local kids every weekend during the school year. The Backpack Program provides bags of nutritious, easy-to-prepare food to children who might otherwise go hungry when school meals aren't available.

Attendees enjoyed craft brews from four amazing local breweries—Gideon’s Brewing Co., Dialectic Brewing & Ciderhouse, Stonehome Brewing Co., and Buffalo Commons Brewing Co.—each bringing their own unique flavor and energy to the event. And thanks to All Aces, the rooftop was rocking all night with great music and dancing.

We are beyond grateful to everyone who came out, donated, and showed what it means to LIVE UNITED. Events like these remind us that when a community comes together, real impact happens—and we can have a lot of fun doing it, too.

A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors, breweries, volunteers, and supporters. Your generosity helps ensure that no student in Bismarck-Mandan has to go without food over the weekend.
